How far we are booking out

Potential patients in meet & greets ask me this commonly.

Short answer: 2 days

Long answer: I recall in residency, when I’d want to schedule a patient, the front desk receptionist would tell me “your schedule is booked out for 3 months.” That’s not how healthcare should be in the states. You pay good money to your insurance company for “healthcare” and even if you don’t have insurance, you should be able to access your doctor with some regularity in order to prevent things from getting so severe you need to go the the ER. That’s why our slogan is “primary care the way it was meant to be.”

How far we are booking out: as of this blog, we have a member appointment slot available in 2 days from now and a new patient appointment slot available in 6 days. Though that is subject to change, that gives you a snapshot in time. Of note, we are not an urgent care so we do not promise to have same/next day availability.

At Well Woven, we are a Direct Primary Care Clinic where you pay us directly a monthly fee, $100/month for all appointments and direct access (text, call, email, secure message) the doctor.
